A 50 year old female presented to OPD with chief complaints of  Dengue NS1 Antigen positive since 4 days




HISTORY OF PRESENT ILLNESS

No cold, cough,shortness of breathing

No B/l pedal edema, No headache, No giddiness




HISTORY OF PAST ILLNESS 


No history of surgery, asthma, TB, CAD, epilepsy, Diabetes mellitus




PERSONAL HISTORY

 Normal appetite 

Bowel movement is Normal

Bladder movement is Normal

  No addictions

Sleep : Adequate




FAMILY HISTORY


 No history of DM, CAD, Asthma and thyroid disorders in the family




GENRAL EXAMINATION 


Patient is conscious, coherent, co-operative.




There are no signs of icterus, clubbing, pallor, cynosis, lymphadenopathy




VITALS


Temperature- 98.8 C/F


Pulse rate- 80bpm


Respiratory rate -18/min


BP- 110/70


Spo2- 96

Cardiac sounds- S1, S2 heard
